Kartoffelstampf mit Löwenzahn 

Ganz mehlige Salzkartoffeln kochen, würzen mit Muskat,Salz,stampfen

und gehackten Löwenzahn-nicht zu wenig

Brokkoli-Kaiserschoten:

Kaiserschoten in der Pfanne braten mit Olivenöl,würzen mit Salz,Pfeffer,Chilli Pfeffer

bis sie knackig bißfest sind

Brokkoli in der Pfanne bratenmit Olivenöl ,würzen mit Salz,Pfeffer,Balsamicoessig

Beide Gemüse nochmals kurz zusammen in der Pfanne erhitzen
